As Global Head of Talent Acquisition at DNEG, Sophie played a critical role in leading the company’s transformation from a 300-person studio into a globally acclaimed VFX powerhouse, redefining its talent approach to support creative and operational scale. She led the design and implementation of recruitment strategies that met high-volume global demands while securing the senior and executive talent required to support the company’s evolving structure. During her tenure, Sophie also held leadership roles in HR and PR, deepening her understanding of how talent strategy influences organisational culture, leadership alignment and external perception.
